[dccp] simulation scripts for draft-ietf-dccp-tfrc-voip-02.txt

I have submitted draft-ietf-dccp-tfrc-voip-02.txt, a significantly-revised
version of draft-ietf-dccp-tfrc-voip, and the simulation results
in the draft are all presented in tables.  Graphs showing the same
results are available from "http://www.icir.org/tfrc/voipimaages.pdf";,
and the simulation scripts are available from
"http://www.icir.org/tfrc/voipsims.html";.  Any feedback would be
welcome.
