I see Arnaldo has addressed some of his concerns.

My comments below:

I would now say that this is inactive as all my effort is focussing on
the work with Arnaldo. The code for Waikato is based on Patrick
McManus as the base code and our CCID3 implementation is based on
Lulea.

This code is also being worked on by Yoshifumi Nishida of Sony Japan.
Nishida-san is also working on Arnaldo's code and doing
interoperability testing between them.

There is interoperability testing going on between the FreeBSD and the
Linux development by Nishida-san and Joacim.
