I'm keen to be involved as it is my central point of my thesis -
interactions between multimedia applications and congestion control.

Key things that I see that need covering (and I will do more later to
flesh this out):
- giving feedback on loss rates, RTT, speed etc back to application
- late binding of packets as per Eddie Kohler's paper
- application providing requests to network level such as acceptable
loss rate, jitter, bandwidth required etc
