due to the Thanksgiving Holiday and another glitch, this draft hasn't  
hit the ID repository yet.

If this is preventing anyone from commenting on this draft, please  
let Tom and me know ASAP and we'll extend the deadline!

Otherwise, we'd still like to end WGLC on Thursday. (No comments  
received so far.)
