RE: [dccp] HEADS UP: start of WGLC for -12 of the spec, ends Dec 1



Hi Lars,

I'd like to regard my thread on response to an invalid SC, and Eddie's
thread on SHOULD vs. MUST in the port registry as last call comments.
These threads haven't quite reached conclusion yet.

In the wildcard service code discussion, there's one point that could
lead to a change in the spec, and therefore should probably be tracked
as a last call issue.  That's whether or not to change "match", in the
language about using services codes to accept connections, to "equals".
The next time Eddie responds on this will probably close the issue.
