[dccp] HEADS UP: meeting slots for Dallas

Hi,

if you plan to present something in Dallas, please shoot Tom and me a  
quick email with the planned title of your presentation, ID it is  
about (if so), and requested slot length.

Also, please include your conflicts, so we can include them in our  
scheduling request. Due to the new tool, please group your conflicts  
according to severity, i.e., (1) chairing a different group, (2)  
presenting at a different group, and (3) anything else.
