Yeah - The header checksum is inappropriate.
At the moment it appears that the checksum is just over the DCP data,
and does not include any pseudo header. Given the lack of an IP header
checksum in IPv6, the DCP header checksum should really be calculated
in a similar fashion to the TCP/UDP header checksum - including a psuedo
header. So for IPv6 the header pseudo header should be as shown in
section 8.1 of RFC 2460.
The mobility part of the DCP draft obviously won't work ggiven that it
embeds an IPv4 address.
