[dhcwg] Dynamic Configuration of IPv4 Link-Local Addresses and Apple IPR ?

As zeroconf working group seems dead I post here:
zeroconf working groups last statement was, that
 draft-ietf-zeroconf-ipv4-linklocal-17.txt
Is to become a proposed standard.
Apple claimed to have  U.S. Patent Numbers 4,661,902 
and 4,689,786, which concerns draft version 13.
Does Apple claim  IPR for version 17 too?
