Right, thanks for bringing this up. I should have mentioned
that. We did do as last call starting 8th of May 2006, and
there were some discussions on the list from 8th until the
15th. As you say srsn-option addresses one issue. It did
not pass the last call, and my idea is that this is separate.
So people that supported or were against the last draft,
should respond again (after reading through the new versions).

The idea is also that agentopt-delegate and srsn-option is
a package, so the last call is for both of these.
