Not quite what I was looking for, I'm afraid.
- As mentioned I'd prefer to operate entirely without RA, getting all
the information from DHCP.
- As an alternative: Getting all the info from DHCP (including prefix
info) but letting the router which the prefix points to send RAs with
MO bits only. Having this router send RA with lifetime 0 would then
obviously not work...
- Lowest on my preferred list: Having the router send RA, with prefix
information *but* where the router's RA prefix is snooped from the
DHCP traffic (in my case the router is always a DHCP relay, so picking
up the prefix may not be much extra work).
