Kwok, will this result in a change to the diffserv PIB?
If so we will have to do a check with this WG whether anyone
objects to the change, since the PIB passed Last Call a long
time ago.

If it introduces a dependency on a new draft, the PIB RFC will
be blocked (again). So maybe you will have to paste in the TCs.

Please tell us the exact changes you plan to the PIB.
