As mentioned a few days ago, this mailing list <diffserv@ietf.org>
will be closed, to evade massive amounts of spam.

Discussion of diffserv issues is welcome on <diffserv-interest@ietf.org>

That list is moderated to suppress any spam that may find it, but since
there is no longer a WG charter, anything relevant to diffserv is
OK there.

The best way to join the list is to point your browser at
  http://www1.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/diffserv-interest

(Alternatively: mail to <diffserv-request@ietf.org> containing
only the word   subscribe   )
