Actually, it appears to be neither.  Since both the Origin-Host & the Origin-Realm AVPs are of type DiameterIdentity & DiameterIdentity is defined as FQDN, the right answer is #3:

 Origin-Host : myclient.acme.com
 Origin-Realm : myclient.acme.com
