Should SRR-Originators need to be initiators of the corresponding session?
This makes it mandatory to know at the message originator, whether there is
an intermediary which wants to stay in the message path. This may not always
be practical.

I can see that it is necessary that client is strict-routing-aware, but that
is different than it being SRR-Originator.
