[Dime] Diameter Interop Update

Hi all,

we have setup a Wiki page for the Diameter Interop preparation. Please 
find it here:
http://www.tschofenig.priv.at/twiki/bin/view/Dime/DiameterInterop2007

To modify the Wiki page use the following credentials:
Username: DimeGroup
Passwd: dime

If you hit the 'edit' button then you will be asked to perform a log in. 
Alternatively, you can also use the 'log in' button.

Decisions to be made NOW:
* Exact date
* Test specifications
* Participants

Please incorporate your info into the Wiki page to make the interop 
organization easier.
