I'm currently looking into how we can reuse Subject and Subject  
Confirmation to carry our Persona URL and to signal that it should be  
verified using the lighter weight signing mechanism.

'nominally'? Meaning not enough?

Intentionally, the assertions are an example of a claim format that  
could be used for moving around third party attested attribute value  
assertions.
