Re: [Ecrit] Proposal to add"applicability" statementto -framework/-phonebcp



That's what is commonly referred to as a "forward looking statement".  I don't like the use of "currently" or "at the time of writing", or anything like that.

I've watched this discussion with faltering interest.  My feeling is that this is an almost farcical waste of our time.
