It seems that for this to be useful you probably need pointers to the various regulations and clauses. I will see what I can do from an Australian perspective.

I am looking for some references to regulatory requirements for PSAP
callbacks. I would like to see what is required from a regulatory point of
view as input for the PSAP callback document.
