[Enum] +43 Infrastructure ENUM - contract concluded

enum.at GmbH, operator of the +43 User ENUM 
registry, and RTR GmbH, the Austrian 
regulator,have concluded and signed a contract 
extension to the +43 ENUM operating contract  on 
April 20, 2006, enabling enum.at GmbH to provide 
Infrastructure ENUM as currently standardized in 
the IETF. Service is scheduled to start next month.
