[Enum] Wanting to go to WGLC on draft-ietf-enum-cnam-02.txt

I'm readying one more iteration of this draft that includes several useful
but minor editorial comments.

To those who have commented in the past thanks!

I would appreciate it anyone who has additional comments on this draft
please do so here on the list ASAP.

I'd like to go to Working Group Last call pretty soon.
