[Enum] Last Call: draft-ietf-enum-3761bis (The E.164 to Uniform Resource Identifiers (URI) Dynamic Delegation Discovery System (DDDS) Application (ENUM)) to Proposed Standard

(enum) to consider the following document:

   Discovery System (DDDS) Application (ENUM) '
   <draft-ietf-enum-3761bis-04.txt> as a Proposed Standard

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send substantive comments to the
