I'll just add my voice to the consensus.  "civic" is adequate.

As Henning points out, there probably isn't complete support for postal addresses in the current set of drafts and RFCs.

Perhaps someone can write a how-to-use-revised-civic-to-send-postal-addresses draft, along with a how-to-get-an-address-label-from-a-revised-civic-form draft.
