Yes, I am asking that my points be evaluated by people who know about legal 
and contractual issues.  All I'm asking is that the issues in questions be 
submitted to competent experts, such as the IAOC.

You, and others, take the view that it is obvious that there is no need to 
submit such issues to such experts.

But I submit that only the experts can decide whether or not the issues are 
consequential enough to require actions, such as new contractual clauses.

No need to start a thread,  I have already suggested text, and my proposal 
was rejected.  The rejection is not an issue per se, but I think that it is 
an issue because of the reasons for the rejection.

Since we've aired that topic at length, I propose that we agree do disagree.
