I don't think we need to change make RT constrain as contained in the presented draft, as this would likely just add more confusion, and probably wouldn't be deployed in the real world, because of the additional configuration overhead involved.
As said in my previous email, there is actually no confusion before RT-constrian being invented. The purpose of RT-constrain is to limit the unnecessay routes sending/receiving, if many restrictions have to be applied to the designing/operating, the restrictions will reduce the merits of RT-constrain, even more probably make RT-constrain un-deployable.
