Technical Difficulties with I-D Action Announcements

Due to technical difficulties, we are currently unable to send I-D Action 
Announcements to the I-D Announcement List when new Internet-Drafts are posted 
to the Internet-Drafts directory. We are, however, continuing to post 
Internet-Drafts as they are received.  We will resolve the problem as soon 
possible, and we will announce all affected Internet-Drafts when the problem 
is resolved.
