Approval of application/relax-ng-compact-syntax Media Type

The IESG has approved a request to register the
"application/relax-ng-compact-syntax" MIME media type in the standards tree.
This media type is a product of ISO/IEC 19757-4.

The IESG contact persons are Ted Hardie and Scott Hollenbeck. The
registration template can be found in section C.7 of this document:
