Last Call: 'Internationalized Resource Identifiers (IRIs) and Uniform Resource Identifiers (URIs) for the Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP)' to Proposed Standard

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
