Last Call: 'Framework for Transcoding with the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)' to Informational RFC (draft-ietf-sipping-transc-framework)

Investigation WG to consider the following document:

- 'Framework for Transcoding with the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) '
   <draft-ietf-sipping-transc-framework-04.txt> as an Informational RFC

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send any comments to the
