Last Call: 'TCP Friendly Rate Control (TFRC): the Small-Packet (SP) Variant' to Experimental RFC (draft-ietf-dccp-tfrc-voip)

Protocol WG to consider the following document:

- 'TCP Friendly Rate Control (TFRC): the Small-Packet (SP) Variant '
   <draft-ietf-dccp-tfrc-voip-07.txt> as an Experimental RFC

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send any comments to the
