   This document describes a Uniform Resource Name Namespace
   Identification (URN NID) for the Digital Video Broadcasting project 
   (DVB)for naming persistent resources defined within DVB standards.
 
Working Group Summary
 
   This is the product of an individual submitter.
   Reviewed on urn-nid list as required, and no issues were found.
   Expert reviewer for IANA (Leslie Daigle) suggested some changes 
   which were made.  IANA actions are OK.
