The IESG has received a request from an individual submitter to consider
the following document:

   <draft-crocker-email-arch-12.txt> as a Proposed Standard

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action.  Please send substantive comments to the

This is a second IETF LC on the document, after the author has addressed
most of the issues raised during the first IETF LC. Please see
