I think that previous nomcom chairs and participants can share
information about the general criteria and processes that
previous Nomcoms used to inform their decisions --as long as
that is done factually and without implication that the
new/current Nomcom is obligated to do things the same way-- but
not any information about candidates or candidate evaluations.
