I just completed the final draft, and sent poor Monica Hart
some really HUGE files to deposit in the internet draft directories.
This draft is dated December.  It's the "final draft," because
the next document will be the RFC.


For those who can't wait for the postings in the directories, I'll
be willing to clog up the internet with point-to-point deliveries.
The ascii text version is about 251k, and the much prettier postscript
version of the draft is about 464k.  Also, for folks with UNIX, I
can send the "ms" source.  Run it through "nroff -ms <file> | col"
or "ptroff -ms <file>" to get a document.

We don't have an account for anonymous login here at SPARTA, and I
won't be able to get one this weekend; I'll look in to it on January
2nd.

I'd be glad to use FTP to download the file, if anyone is interested.
