The penultimate version, and the very last draft, of the NOCTools
catalog (first edition) is available online in directory
"internet-drafts:" at the NIC.  Postscript, ascii, and ms macro
versions are available.  The file name is
draft-ietf-noctools-debugging, with qualifiers "ps," "txt," and "ms"
indicating the format.

Anyone using the "ms" version with nroff should pipe the nroff output
thru "col".

If you contributed a description of a management tool, please check it
at this time.

Also, this is the last chance for editorial input.
