Generally TCP/UDP port numbers from 17000 to 17999 are used by ISODE
things when using TCP or UDP.  For example, the DSAs at most sites
usually run on TCP port 17003.  A current list:

TCP	17001	ISODE listen demo
TCP/UDP	17002	ISODE miscellany demo using RFC1085
TCP	17003	organizational DSA
TCP	17004	transport service bridge
TCP	17005	whitepages server
TCP	17007	country-level DSA
TCP	17010	organizational unit DSA
