In the past year I've signed agreements with jurisdiction
in Delaware, Sweden, Quebec, New York and a number of
other places I can't remember off the top of my head.
Sometimes it's the other guy's lawyers who get their way,
sometimes it's ours but this is not something I want to
bother others with or maybe even have them know about.

Nor do I, but I don't accept that we can or will eliminate
the use of DNS as a Directory Service as people will
continue to want meaniful names for finding things, for
marketing purposes, or because they're cute. I *don't*
want to have to explain to anyone where Quebec is and I
just don't think we can make laws about such things with
any confidence that we can make them stick.
