Apologies; there seems to be something funky in the DNS setup.
I've changed some of the nameserver info, but somehow the delegation
info for the newly delegated subdomain of ietf.org hasn't propagated
everywhere.

So far 4 people have subscribed, so it must be working for *some*
people; apologies to those for who it did not work!
(Tip: if all else goes on failing, use ops-area-request at alvestrand.no...)
