Moving some old Telnet extensions to Historic

you may know this part of the list of current IETF Proposed Standards:

0655 Telnet output formfeed disposition option. D. Crocker.
     Oct-25-1974. (Not online) (Status: PROPOSED STANDARD)

0654 Telnet output horizontal tab disposition option. D. Crocker.
     Oct-25-1974. (Not online) (Status: PROPOSED STANDARD)

0653 Telnet output horizontal tabstops option. D. Crocker.

These are in fact the oldest Proposed Standards on record....
Polling the author got the following response:

>polling the community, first, before moving them to obsolete (or

So I'm polling this community first; if your reaction is the same, I'll
send a formal request to the IESG to consider a Last Call for these
to move to Historic status.

What do you think?

(BTW, if someone somehow has an online copy of these, I'm sure the
RFC editor and those who want to know what the Last Call is about will
appreciate it......)
