Come on, folks.  This is all entirely wasteful use of the list.  

The right way to deal with people who post annoying and wasteful messages
is to ignore them, NOT TO TALK ABOUT THEM and especially not to talk about
them at length.

We can filter out mail that comes from such annoying people.  

However we cannot adequately filter out mail that comes from otherwise
reasonable contributors who make the very unfortunate decision to talk
about the annoying person.

So please stop.
