   This document describes vendor specific attributes for carrying
   authentication, authorization and accounting information between
   ACC's Network Access Server (NAS) and an Authentication/Accounting
   Server using the Remote Authentication Dial In User Service (RADIUS)
   protocol described in RFC 2058 and RFC 2059.
