  Yes the key phrase here is "IAB believes that the new corporation must be
built out
from the existing IANA function".  This in no way indicated that the nIANA or
the
new Non-profit corporation will be a mirror image of the existing IANA by no
means.  The WP clarifies that very well.  Stakeholders and the Internet User
community must have equal representation in an OPEN process.
