sigh.  thanks for the clarification.

it's just amazing how many "errors" have been on those pages, including
repeated corrections about people or organizations listed as sponsors,
assistants, or participants, who are not.

one of the better "errors" was that the page giving directions to the event
originally required a password.  lent a nice tone of openness.
