This document discusses the RTP multiplexing format which is designed
to reduce the IP-UDP header overhead of the RTP streams with a
decreased number of packets in end-to-end transport functions.  By
augmenting the RTP format and defining a format for multiplexing
streams, the overhead for duplicated IP/UDP headers is reduced.
