There are no lawyers on this list.  in fact, there is NO ONE ON THIS IETF
LIST WHO GIVES A SHIT ABOUT THIS.  You've been asked nicely.  You've been
asked directly.  Now we're not so nice.  Take it elsewhere, like personal
email.  Pretty soon, the IETF list and most of the contributors in the last
week will be in sendmail/procmail/kill files of a lot of people.
