I second this ....

As a Sociologist, I was first "afraid" to join this engineering
list. However, this list contains much more "my ego"-s, "you are 
wrong"-s, etc., instead of "BGP-4s" and "IPv4-s".

Not mention, those super supreme engineers trying to convince, 
that they are entitled to dominate a ** P O L I C Y ** Oversight 
Committee ....
