Masataka,

When i posted my question about QoS, i didn't tink that i would cause such a
commotion. I got e-mails saying that it's not an appropriate matter to
discuss in this ML. I re-checked the discussion list mission statement and i
was puzzled. I though that this dialogue would be very interesting in this
list and i also thought that covers a wide spectrum of matters that can't be
discussed in specific MLs. What i propose (however far-fetched it might
sound) is a vote with the following question: "Are technical matters
appropriate for discussion in the IETF Discussion Mailing List?"
