Dave, Why should we limit ourself to IP voice over land lines. In my opinon, the reason cellular is so popular is the mobility of it. With cellular modems, IP voice becomes a viable contender for standard cellular. The difficult part would be assuring enough cellular bandwidth was avalible to enable IP voice.
