Problem with this approach Fred is that this has already been attempted and Jim's IPv8 was simply ignored by the IETF. That was a very unfortunate decision on the part of the IETF. First one has to be able to communicate on a reasonable basis before one can make any real progress in this direction. It doesn't seem that the IETF was interested for whatever reason.
