42nd IETF-CHICAGO, IL: SOCIAL EVENT

Upon your arrival at the IETF registration area, please stop by the 
Motorola Social Event desk to pick-up a welcome kit and to register 
for the Tuesday night "Taste and Sounds of Chicago" social event on 
Tuesday, August 25 from 7-11 pm 

This event will be held at Chicago's Historic Navy Pier Grand Ballroom, 
just down the street from the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Tower. In 
addition to the many activities on the Pier, the Grand Ballroom is 
located 1/4 mile out into Lake Michigan, allowing a spectacular view 
of the beautiful Chicago Skyline. 

This event will feature great Chicago-style foods, including Asian, 
Mexican, Italian, Greek as well as outstanding desserts, including 
Eli's World-Famous Cheesecake. Of course, there will be plenty of your 
favorite beverages available. 

In-between bites and sips, great Chicago entertainment, including 
"The Queen of the Blues" Koko Taylor and Chicago's fast-rising jazz 
ensemble Liquid Soul will perform. The world famous Jesse White Tumblers 
will also entertain. Of course, there will be special prizes and raffles 
throughout the evening.
