Specific answers to your two questions: no, no.  A more informative :-)
answer is that

   draft-ietf-bridge-bridgemib-00.txt.

is the latest document to cover this topic.  This is a working document
of the Bridge MIB WG, and will imminently be replaced by a new version
based on agreements from the WG's Interim meeting a month or so ago.
